boo no one's voting in my box.. :( VOTE!! support your countries!! is brazil really gonna win?? i think adrian brody is an incredible actor. aha..i watched the pianist and he was scruffy and unkempt..but though i thought he acted real well, i wasnt charmed off my socks or anything..and sometimes i see him on those ermenegildo zegna (or however it's spelt) adverts and i wonder why they chose him..he looks rather suave, but the nose makes it a little odd..
then i watched the king kong dvd quite recently and suddenly everything made perfect sense. of course the romantic notion of a script-writer stuck on a ship against his will helped up his cool-factor.. :) and oh oy guess who his asian counterpart is..none other than my tony leung chiu wai!! hahaha..you watch in the mood for love and 2046 and you initially wonder what the big fuss about this relatively short, normal-looking chinese guy is..then he turns his gaze on you and you slowly find yourself being drawn towards his character and at the end of the show his cool-charm sweeps you off your feet and you understand why lee ang loves him so much..it's the eyes man..the eyes..those captivating enthralling eyes that can act out a whole scene without words..
