wang lee hom concert on october 21!!! which is the weekend the ia pple want to go to m'sia..rargh. will the shops be closed cos it's hari raya?? i'm into the 8th week of my attachment and all's well thus far..been seeing the same people everyday for close to 40 days and eating at the same canteen for 37 days (minus 1 day of pizza for patrick's bdae, 1 day at the non-aircon canteen and 1 day, today, at arena country club) oh how wonderful. but thank God for the people :) who have been wonderfully entertaining and very beneficial to the expansion of my plethora of chinese words..and tamil ones..and i'm rather glad that i've got to know more pple from ntu and some from nus all the same, i wonder, is engineering the career i want to pursue? probably no. stage beauty is a fantastically wonderful gayish sorta show. and the beat my heart skipped (le battre mon coeur arrete if i got it right) was a rather intriguing show..roguishly-handsome looking lead who plays the piano quite nicely.. picturehouse seats may cost a fortune for all i care..but they dont allow food in there and you cant slouch in them..bleah. i had to sit ramrod-straight before the ergonomic design of the chair made itself evident to me..i suppose those movie critics are all prissy snobs who sit and talk like the queen..sticking their noses in the air and gushing, "oh that movie was so avant-garde!! i totally loved it".. a pleasant movie experience nonetheless! :) i'll probably go back..and sneak in with something other than a muffin (which i gave up eating cos it was incredibly hard to do so thanks to the noisy paperbag and the crumbly crust..yummy muffin though! the chocolate one from starbucks :) ) my ntu tutor's coming down to philips tomorrow!! i hope he doesnt ask me funny questions..
