everybody congratulate me
i've finally burnt myself on an iron at work and it's 4 cm long and almost a cm wide :( bleah i thought that getting by 12 weeks of work without getting burnt was pretty good..cos they all say "confirm get burnt one" and i hadnt..so i was hoping that another 10 weeks would pass by peacefully and burn-free..guess not huh. shucks. i watched forbidden city on tuesday..and it was great!! absolutely fabulous..the cast was fantastic, lead singers were really really good..the props were minimal and simple, yet the use of lighting and smoke and music really changed the whole atmosphere..from a sense of grandeur to desolation, from merriment to war-torn remains, hope to despair..it was lovely. and i saw lim yu beng! haha
